5. Safety During Rentals

  • Owners are responsible for ensuring boats meet all safety, licensing, and maintenance requirements.
  • Clients must follow maritime laws, safety briefings, and any rules set by the Owner.
  • Life jackets and other safety equipment must be available and in working order.
